VETERANS ARTS COUNCIL VETERAN WRITING WORKSHOP

Lead by Maggie Cubbler, The Veterans Writing Workshop aims to assist new or emerging veteran writers in discovering their personal writing goals as well as completing a publishable piece all within a supportive community. Instructional workshops will include genres, idea generation, the art and craft of writing, alongside practical advice in the Business of Writing, the Writer's Life, and Writing and Healing. Further, most months will feature a live feedback group on Zoom where writers can gain constructive feedback on their work while learning how to appropriately give critique in a compassionate way.
